About Your Utility Bill

The Kirkwood Meadows Public Utility District Office is located at 33540 Loop Road. For your convenience, we have a drop box right outside the office building’s front door. Office hours are 8:00 A.M to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday.

Automatic Payment Plan

If you are interested in having your monthly utility bill paid directly from your bank account, please complete the Automatic Payment Form and email to or drop it off at the drop box outside the office or  visit

Conditions of Service

The District does not guarantee uninterrupted utility service and does not assume responsibility for damage or loss caused by service outages. To guard against damage to your electrical equipment, you should install properly sized and properly installed surge protection equipment. Services are provided in accordance with the rules of the Board of Directors of the Kirkwood Meadows Public Utility District. The District has the right of access to the premises for purposes of meter reading and maintenance of utility facilities. Utility services are subject to disconnections when bills are not paid when due. Customers should contact the District office immediately if they have questions regarding the amount of their bill.

Explanation of Billing Terms and Charges

Credit Represents a credit balance. Do not pay this amount.
E Represents an estimated meter reading. Meter readings are estimated only in the extraordinary case of a failure of our automated wireless meter reads or if your meter is a manual read, our staff did not have safe, clear access to the meter. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to make sure manual read meters are accessible.
Multiplier Converts units measured by a meter to actual billing usage.
Penalty The amount you pay if your bill remains unpaid and becomes delinquent after 30 days. The amount of the delinquency penalty is a charge of 10% on the first month of the delinquent amount, and interest of 0.5% per month on the unpaid balance until paid.
